Made up of 93 units. The units include single, double and triple bedroom apartments and 10 units having four-bedroom duplex-style sky villas, available in Sri Lanka for the first time. As another pioneering initiative, the Dynasty Residency will also include 4 penthouses with access to their very own private sky gardens.  Mesas design includes of centralised LPG supply system for apartment kitchens, drainage system, HVAC system, Hot/Cold water & waste water systems, fire hose reel , Hydrant , Extinguisher & detection systems, LT distribution & lightning protection system, MATV, CCTV, PA, Telephone, audio/video intercom & stanby generator systems.
