In total, the Property offers 120 villas, including 66 beach villas, 54 overwater villas. Every room is inspired by traditional Maldivian art and architecture. MEP design includes drainage system, HVAC system,Hot / Cold water & waste water systems, fire hose reel, hydrant, extinguisher & detection systems. HT-LT distribution and lightning Protection system, MATV, CCTV, PA, Telephone and stand by generator systems.
