The 03 Towers comprising of 37 stories with car parks, 475 apartment units. Building height is 120m. MEP design includes centralized LPG supply system for apartment kitchens & Fire fighting, Waste disposal system, Water supply/drainage system, HVAC system, Hot / Cold water and Waste water systems, Fire hose reel, Hydrant, Extinguisher & Detection systems,Electrical substation, HT and LT distribution, Lightning protection, MATV,CCTV, PA, Telephone, Audio/video intercom and Standby generator systems.
