luxury island resort including 97 five star private rooms and water villas built around the islands coastline with integrated hotel facilities comprising restaurants, guest lounges and spa.  Mesas design includes of drainage system, HVAC system, Hot/Cold water & waste water systems, fire hose reel , Hydrant , Extinguisher & detection systems, LT distribution & lightning protection system, MATV, CCTV, PA, Telephone, audio/video intercom & stanby generator systems.
